Creating a New Text Block
1. Navigate to the "My Text Blocks" tab. However, if you want to share the new Text Block, navigate to the Shared Text Blocks tab instead. The procedure is otherwise same.
Note: User cannot create a new text block in "System Text Blocks" tab.

2. Click on the "+ New" button located next to the tabs.

3. Once the user clicks on the "+ New" button, the following interface appears.

4. At the top of the Name column, in the empty text box (with a backslash), enter the name for the Text Block.

Note: Upon entering a duplicate name the following error will be shown.

Note: The name should not contain spaces or special characters. If you try to enter spaces or special characters, a notification will appear with the message: "Space and Special characters cannot be entered in the Name field."

5. Now click on the "Add Tag" option to add tags to the new text block. A user can add multiple tags (up to 3 tags) to a Text Block.

6. Enter the tags.

7. Enter the description for your new Text Block.
Note: To ensure that your automated saved content provides accurate and relevant results, we strongly recommend that you ensure the instructions and text you save are highly specific, meaningful, and clearly structured. By doing so, you will significantly improve the quality of the results, ensuring they meet your exact needs.

8. Users can use the text block editor with toolbar options like Bold, Italic, Underlined, Ordered/Unordered lists, Indent/Outdent and Clear formatting.

9. Next to the toolbar options there is a Insert Text Block option. The Insert Text Block option allows users to incorporate predefined text blocks within the description of other text blocks. This functionality enables the reuse of content that has already been defined, thereby increasing productivity, consistency, and reducing redundancy. Here's how to insert a Text Block.
