Cloning in Text Block Management
Cloning a text block allows you to create an exact copy of an existing text block under a new name. This is useful when you want to reuse an existing description or setup but make slight modifications. Cloning preserves the original tags and description but allows you to modify these elements in the new text block.
Follow these steps to clone a text block:
1. You will be presented with three tabs: My Text Blocks, Shared Text Blocks and System Text Blocks. Select the appropriate tab to find the text block you want to clone.

2. In the My Text Blocks, Shared Text Blocks or System Text Blocks tab, browse through the list of available text blocks. Find the text block you wish to clone.

3. Click on the context menu (three dots) next to the text block name.

4. From the context menu, select Clone.

5. After clicking Clone, a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select where you want to clone the text block and to enter a New Name for the cloned text block.

6. Select the Tab where you wish to clone the Text Block and enter a unique name for the new text block and click on the OK button.
Note: The name should not contain spaces or special characters. If you try to enter spaces or special characters, a notification will appear with the message: "Space and Special characters cannot be entered in the Name field.")
Example: If you're cloning "WelcomeMessage", you could name the clone "WelcomeMessageV2" or "WelcomeMessageClone".

7. The description of the original text block will be copied into the new cloned text block. If you need to make changes to the description, you can edit it in the Description field.

8. The cloned text block will be saved automatically.

9. Click on the "Done" button to close the Text Block Management window.
